Larry here is the outcome of our meeting last January 26, 2011 (nagkamali lang si Susan d2) at Glorieeta. It was attended by 14 persons namely: Louie Lontayao, Leocadio Jimena, Eduardo Landoy, Noel Landoy, Francisco Testa, Daisy Penaroyo, Luz Laurence, Cora Osacdin, Jaculbia, Chona Macalinga, Ces Nambio, Babelyn Labao, Humabol si Romulo Limpiada and then I was the Presiding Officer:

Theme: Kailangan magkaroon tayo ng theme ng reunion natin para iyon ang ilalagay sa tshirts natin (open for suggestion) anyway medyo matagal pa naman kaya pakipost na lang na magbigay sila ng suggestion kung anong gusto nila. Halimbawa Batch '82 Balik Saya, Balik MSC. Basta the shorter the better basta may eye catching. sama na din kamo ang design na gusto nila. paipost na lang kapag may suggestion sila.

Date of Reunion: May 5, 2012 at our Alma Mater, MSC
cOLOR OF TSHIRT- Light blue ( everybody is requesting to post the size of their shirt as soon as possible) Romulo Limpiada will be the sponsor of out T-shirts and no problem with him.

Contribution: minimum of 500.00 pesos only but this is voluntary. Those who are working in abroad can pledge more than the said amount para masakop na ang iba. Deadline will be December 2011.

We created important committees as follows:

PROGRAM AND INVITATION: Larry, Susan, Chona and Connie.
Responsibilities: In-charge of program and invitation for those who are working in the Philippines and in abroad; in-charge of the program proper, program distribution and design and contents of the program.

LIGHTS AND SOUNDS: Renato Jogno and Jun Jimena
In-charge of lights and sounds during the program/gathering

FOOD: Cora Osacdin and Edna Laurente
In-charge of caterer/catering selection; venue decoration. Tables and chairs and arrangement/preparation of the place will be the responsibility of the caterer. proposed budget is 50 thou good for or with estimated attendees of 100 persons. Thsi can be increase depends upon the attendees. Pwede pang mag-aad ng mga committees as coordinator dyan sa Marinduque. The larger, the better. Combination of the menu/courses will be posted by the caterer for selection thru Edna Laurente

It was suggested and agreed that Jorge Mandia will be in-charge of the place or room in MSC. Probably his room can be used depend upon the numbers of attendees.

WAYS AND MEANS:THIS IS the most important Committee.
Composed of Romulo Limpiada, Louie Lontayao, Francisco Testa, Ruel Montemar, Norimer Malinao, Gina Marte Punzalan, Jojo Labay, Joyce Manguera, Irma Fortun, Ces Nambio, Jane Manndia and Marleen Go, Augusto Noche, Julio Permejo and Gabriel Linga (pwede pa tayong magdagdag kung cno ang pwede nyong i-suggest)
Responsibilities: In-charge of solicitation, findings ways and means for our reunion, prizes and raffles as well as token for our teachers

SOUVENIR: Daisy and Babelyn ( in-charge of souvenir for Batch '82

Notes: Other committees will be created kapag malapit na ang reunion natin.
- there will be a tarpaulin to be posted at the Balanacan Pier and at the MSC campus for welcoming the Batch '82 (c/0 Molong Limpiada)
- What is most important is to attend the reunion for our camaraderie. This will be the time to start our plan for the coming years. Election of Officers will be done on May 5, 2012 during our reunion. Other activities will follow.
